Yoga & Meditation
Join Lisa Bermudez for an all-levels (beginners welcome) vinyasa yoga class followed by a deep relaxation and meditation session. Vinyasa yoga focuses primarily on syncing the breath with each movement and moving from pose to pose via thought-out sequencing that aligns the body, mind, and breath. It aims to help yogis leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, detoxed, and balanced
mentally and physically.
Meditation has been proven to induce relaxation, awareness, and focus. We’ll move through breath awareness, body scans, as well as guided and unguided meditating together.
Lisa Bermudez has been teaching yoga in the New York since 2009 and is qualified to work with bodies of all types and practitioners of all levels. She believes the yoga practice is beneficial to any lifestyle, is accessible to everyone, and can be tailored to serve every body.
